These services are provided strictly as administrative and repair-related documentation assistance based on submitted materials, available repair information, and general collision repair industry experience.

• OEM repair information where applicable
• Professional repair judgment at the time of review

Additional hidden damage, teardown findings, insurer policies, repair facility findings, policy limitations, parts availability, labor rate differences, or other factors may affect final repair costs, payment decisions, claim outcomes, and repair timelines.

Garage 13 does not negotiate claims, settlements, diminished value disputes, coverage disputes, or payment disputes on behalf of customers. Final decisions regarding claims, repairs, reimbursements, approvals, payments, and coverage remain solely with the vehicle owner, insurance carrier, repair facility, and any other parties involved.

3Third-Party Services & Referrals

Garage 13 may provide referrals, contact information, or general introductions to independent third-party providers, including:

• Towing providers
• Attorneys
• Rental providers
• Repair vendors
• Automotive service providers
• Other service providers

Such referrals are provided solely as a convenience and do not constitute endorsements, guarantees, partnerships, legal recommendations, or representations regarding the quality, legality, pricing, availability, timelines, or outcomes of third-party services.

Garage 13 does not supervise, control, manage, or assume responsibility for third-party providers or their services. Users remain solely responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before engaging any third-party provider.

However, final repair costs, insurer decisions, supplement outcomes, repair timelines, parts availability, labor rates, coverage decisions, hidden damage, and related matters may vary.

7Limitation of Liability

All services, materials, estimates, supplements, website content, and communications are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties or guarantees of any kind, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Garage 13 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.
