Estimates
Estimates
Your tech or manager shoots the damage with a phone — we send a short checklist so nothing gets missed — and sends the photos with the VIN and vehicle info. In about 2 hours you get a CCC ONE estimate PDF by email, ready for the customer and the adjuster.
That's the idea. Most businesses don't need a full-time estimator on payroll — they need clean files written fast. Send as many vehicles as you have; each one is a flat fee, written the same day, with no software seat or salary on your books.
Wide shots of each damaged side, close-ups of every dent and scratch, the VIN plate, the odometer, and a photo of the whole car. Our checklist walks your tech through it in under five minutes.
Yes — everything is written in CCC ONE, line by line, the way insurance reviewers expect to see it. If you need another format, ask when you send the file.
Supplements
Supplements
An estimate documents the damage visible before teardown. A supplement adds what's found once the car is opened up — hidden parts, extra labor, price corrections. Insurers pay from these documents, so both need to be complete and defensible.
We source OEM part pricing across dealer and wholesale channels while writing the supplement, so the lines reflect real, lower OEM pricing instead of list. Savings vary by make and part — 40% is the top end we see regularly.
Estimates: about 2 hours from complete photos. Supplements: about 6 hours, because teardown documentation takes longer to structure. If a file will take longer, we say so when you send it — not after.
The current estimate of record, teardown photos, the VIN, the claim number, and your tech's notes on what was found. The more the photos show, the stronger the file.
We don't negotiate with insurers — but we document the file so it stands on its own: photo references, OEM procedure notes, and clean line items. If a reviewer questions a line, send us their notes and we'll revise the documentation.
